This Refund Policy explains how refunds, credits, and performance-based guarantees are handled by Sprk IQ (“Sprk IQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing our services or entering into a service agreement with Sprk IQ, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. No Refund Policy
Sprk IQ does not offer refunds for any services rendered, setup fees, onboarding fees, monthly fees, or completed work.
All payments made to Sprk IQ are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Initial setup or onboarding fees
Monthly service fees
Consulting or strategy fees
Website development or optimization services
This policy applies regardless of usage, results achieved, or changes in business circumstances.
2. Performance-Based Guarantee (Top 3 Ranking Commitment)
Instead of issuing refunds, Sprk IQ offers a performance-based service commitment under specific conditions.
Our Commitment:
If a client does not achieve a Top 3 Google ranking for the agreed primary keyword(s) within 60 days, Sprk IQ will pause the client’s monthly service fees until the Top 3 ranking is achieved.
This means:
No additional monthly charges will be billed during the pause period
Services may continue at Sprk IQ’s discretion until the ranking is achieved
Once the Top 3 ranking is achieved, normal monthly billing will resume
3. Definition of “Top 3 Ranking”
A “Top 3 ranking” refers to:
Ranking within the top three positions on Google
For agreed-upon keywords
Within the targeted geographic service area
As measured through standard ranking tools used by Sprk IQ
Ranking results may vary based on location, device type, personalization, and algorithm updates.
4. Conditions Required to Qualify for the Fee Pause
The performance-based fee pause applies only if the client:
Provides accurate business information
Approves required website or SEO changes
Maintains website access and hosting
Does not interfere with SEO implementations
Does not hire or use conflicting SEO agencies or services during the campaign
Remains in good standing with payments prior to the pause period
Failure to meet these conditions voids eligibility for the fee pause.
5. Exclusions & Limitations
The performance-based fee pause does not apply in cases where:
Delays are caused by client inaction or non-cooperation
Website access is restricted or removed
The client changes business name, address, or service area
Google algorithm changes significantly impact rankings
Keywords or service areas are changed mid-campaign
The client violates service agreements or terms
6. No Partial Refunds or Credits
Sprk IQ does not offer:
Partial refunds
Prorated refunds
Service credits in place of refunds
The sole remedy related to performance guarantees is the pause of monthly fees as outlined above.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services provided under this policy.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
Immediate suspension of services
Termination of agreements
Collection efforts for outstanding balances
8. Cancellation of Services
Clients may cancel services in accordance with their service agreement. Cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund of any previously paid fees.
9. Changes to This Refund Policy
Sprk IQ reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
